VAT payer status canceled and tax invoice blocked: clarification from the State Tax Service

The Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kyiv region reminds that the registration of a VAT payer is valid until the date of cancellation of the taxpayer’s registration, which is carried out by exclusion from the register of taxpayers and occurs in cases specified in paragraph 184.1 of Art. 184 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (hereinafter – TCU).
