COVID-19: Temporary reduction of the VAT rate for the preparation and serving of food and specific non-alcoholic beverages

Reduction of the VAT rate for the preparation and serving of food and specific non-alcoholic beverages provided by catering facilities, from 21% to 7%, effective August 4, 2020 until August 31, 2021. The above mentioned 7% reduced VAT rate will be extended to restaurants and catering facilities, effective September 1, 2021.
