CORONAVIRUS – ADDITIONAL SUPPORT MEASURES FOR VAT AND WITHHOLDING TAX: DEFERRAL FOR SUBMITTING VAT RETURNS AND FOR PAYMENT FOR APRIL
In the context of the corona crisis, the federal government also automatically postpones the submission of VAT returns and the payment of VAT and withholding tax for the month of April.
VAT
Filing periodic VAT returns and intra-Community declarations for the month of April 2020: deadline extended to 5 June 2020.
Deferral of payment for the periodic VAT return for the month of April 2020: deadline extended to 20 July 2020.
Withholding tax on earned income
Payment for April: deadline extended to July 15, 2020.
