Texas is set to hold its emergency preparation supplies sales tax holiday April 25-27, 2020. During this time, consumers can purchase qualifying emergency preparation supplies tax free.
There is no limit on the number of qualifying items that can be purchased, and an exemption certificate does not need to be issued.
