GST, in two and half, has proved to be a roller-coaster ride for everyone be it GST payers, GST Authorities as well as GST consultants. One of the startling key difference of GST regime has been continuous ‘change’ as compared to erstwhile indirect tax regime wherein the changes, typically, used to place at the time of either Union Budget or State Budget.
Even the Economic Survey 2018-19 stated that, Centre has issued 495 notifications, 101 circulars, 18 orders, 12 removal of difficulties orders & more than 125 press releases (as on 28.02.2019).
