Today, all invoices can be marked with the words “split payment mechanism” and paid this way regardless of the markings on them. But from April 1, 2020, only the buyer will be free. From that day, due to changes in JPK_VAT, sellers will have to mark in the file as MPP (split payment mechanism) only those invoices that are really covered by the obligatory split payment.
