The CBIC, vide Notification No. 56/2019 – Central Tax dated November 14, 2019, has made certain amendments to simplify the Form GSTR 9 i.e. Annual Return as envisaged in a move intended to ease the taxpayers and ensure faster filing as well as submission of returns.
