According to the Supreme Court, unless there is proof to the contrary, it must be taken into account that the person to whom an entrepreneur issues an invoice in which he is named as the person to whom the delivery or service stated in the invoice has been performed and in which he is obliged to to be paid, is the person to whom the entrepreneur has supplied his services or services.
