The Department for International Trade has issued the following guidance on trading with other countries in the event of a no-deal Brexit:
- UK trade agreements with non-EU countries in a no-deal Brexit, which lists new trade arrangements the UK has signed or is discussing, to replace current EU agreements if there is a no-deal Brexit.
- Trading under WTO rules, which covers how to trade with other countries if there is no UK trade agreement in place.
The guidance will be updated for any changes.
