VNO-NCW’s response to the EU Quick Fixes

Response to the draft bill for consultation on new European VAT rules on:

1. Call off stock
2. Chain transactions;
3. Proof of intra – Community freight transport to other Member States, and
4. The customer’s VAT identification number as a requirement for applying the zero rate for intra-Community transactions.
