Optional only to taxpayers that comply will the following conditions:
a) Submit monthly VAT Returns;
b) Have no restrictions on the right to deduct;
c) Have their fiscal position regularized; and
d) Have not benefit, until this date, from any deferral payment scheme in previous imports.
