- The automatic (simplified) refund of excess VAT is increased from 70% to 80% for large mining, smelting, and metallurgic companies; and
- The import of aircraft spare parts, including engines, power plants, heat exchangers, radio altimeters, radar equipment, sensors, and housings are exempted from VAT.
