- The Sejm adopted an act which changes the date of entry into force of the new solution.
The date of entry into force of the joint JPK_VAT reporting with the VAT declaration has been moved due to numerous applications of entrepreneurs about difficulties in implementing the new solution from July 2020 due to the state of the epidemic.
On June 19, 2020, the Sejm of the Republic of Poland adopted the Act on interest rate subsidies for bank loans granted to entrepreneurs affected by the effects of COVID-19 and on simplified proceedings for approval of the arrangement in connection with the withdrawal of COVID-19. This Act introduces changes to the Act of July 4, 2019 amending the Act on tax on goods and services and certain other acts and sets a new date for the entry into force of the obligation to submit JPK_VAT with a declaration. The bill will now be forwarded to the President of Poland for signature.
