The Czech Ministry of Finance has published its comments on the quick fixes.
According to Finance Minister Alena Schillerová: “The structures of aggressive tax planning are more and more sophisticated, using the movement of capital and people within the internal market. […] Thanks to the amendment, the tax administrator will obtain information on the activities and transactions […], which will enable him to effectively respond to efforts to circumvent tax obligations and avoid taxation by making profits abroad.”
