Goods and Services Tax (GST) refunds for businesses worth RM19.4 billion (S$6.41 billion) that allegedly went missing from government coffers during former prime minister Najib Razak’s tenure was not stolen as had been claimed, the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) said Monday (July 15).
