- The regulation amends the rules on authentication in the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) to reflect its earlier-than-planned integration with the National Electronic Identification Node, based on the authorisation in Article 106r of the VAT Act.
- Authentication using a trusted signature will be available only until 13 February 2026, after which this method will be phased out as a standalone option.
- Authentication via the National Node (including trusted profile authentication) will apply from 14 February 2026, with the amending regulation entering into force on 13 February 2026.
