- Clarifications on Self-Billing and Applications: Manual Part III adds guidance on filling out applications related to issuing invoices with attachments and updates provisions regarding self-billing transactions involving foreign taxpayers without a Polish NIP, specifying conditions for exemptions from mandatory KSeF.
