Mandatory Integration of Non-Customs Certificates with Transit NCTS P6 via EU CERTEX from Feb 2026

  • From 02/02/2026, certain non-customs certificates (CHED-PP, CHED-A, CHED-D, CHED-P, ODS, FGAS) must be declared in the Transit NCTS P6 system via EU CERTEX.
  • These certificates are required for both outbound and local transit accompanying documents (TADs).
  • Certificate types and reference numbers must be entered at the “House Consignment” level in the “Supporting Document” section, except FGAS (Y123), which must be entered in the “Additional Reference” segment.
  • For assistance, contact the Central Transit Office.
