What we’ll cover
On 6 August, the Polish Parliament approved legislation making e-invoicing mandatory via the national e-invoicing system KSeF for all VAT taxpayers. From 1 February 2026, businesses with annual sales over PLN 200 million must comply, with all other VAT-registered businesses following from 1 April 2026.
With full KSeF 2.0 API documentation and the FA(3) format already published, companies can begin integration work in a test environment. But the window to prepare is shrinking fast!
In this webinar Luis Ronda will explore Poland’s updated e-invoicing requirements, from the technical KSeF 2.0 specifications to the key steps businesses should be taking.
Topics covered will include:
- KSeF phased roll-out deadlines
- How changes will affect you
- Key technical requirements, including FA(3) format and API updates
- Preparing for public API testing and certificate applications
- Practical steps for a future-ready e-invoicing setup
- How Poland’s mandate fits into the European CTC landscape
