Latvia – Amendments for VAT Law adopted
On 27 July 2017, the parliament adopted amendments to the Value Added Tax Law. The major amendments concern reduction of the VAT registration threshold to €40,000 (currently €50,000) and amendments of the reverse charge mechanism. The amendments will come into force on 1 January 2018. (Full post here)
