At our Spring conference, we explore ongoing VAT developments in relation to transfer pricing, low value imported goods, fiscal representation, and VAT groups—each session aimed at addressing persistent challenges and looking at solutions. Yet, in this rapidly changing environment, implementing proper VAT due diligence can feel like an added bureaucratic burden. Still, when weighed against the uncertainty and risk posed by the hundreds of pending disputes before the European courts, the question becomes clear: why prevention matters and why diligence should prevail.
