- Role of Approved Platforms: Approved platforms serve as dematerialization operators registered by the state, responsible for issuing, transmitting, and receiving electronic invoices (eInvoices), as well as extracting relevant data for tax administration. These platforms must comply with regulatory requirements, including tax obligations and IT security standards.
- Registration Process: The registration process involves two stages: initial “registered under reservation” status after submitting an application, followed by a verification of technical compliance to be completed by the end of 2025 for definitive registration.
- Awaiting Interoperability Tests: Several companies with complete application files are currently awaiting interoperability tests with the Public Billing Portal, which are necessary for final registration. These companies are listed as having met the initial registration requirements but still need to pass the interoperability assessment.
