Poland Advances E-Invoicing System Testing Ahead of 2026 Mandatory Rollout

  • Poland has launched the next stage of testing for its National e-Invoice System (KSeF), including a new KSeF 2.0 API test environment.
  • Integration with the KSeF 2.0 API pre-production environment is now available for financial and accounting system providers.
  • Mandatory electronic invoicing through KSeF will start February 1, 2026, for large businesses (sales over PLN200m in 2025), and April 1, 2026, for all other taxpayers.
  • Small transaction taxpayers and flat-rate farmers have later deadlines, with requirements starting January 1, 2027, and April 1, 2026, respectively.
  • A test version of the KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application will be available from November 2025 to help entrepreneurs prepare for the new system.
