E-Invoicing System Processes 100 million Invoices within Four Months, Official Data Shows

Since April 2025, Jordan’s National E-invoicing System processed 100 million invoices, with 140,000 establishments enrolled, showing strong compliance. Daily issuance now reaches 1.2 million, far exceeding 2024’s total of 18 million.
Director General Hossam Abu Ali stressed mandatory e-invoice issuance under Article 23 of the Income Tax Law, warning against external software use. The system reflects rapid growth, widespread adoption, and voluntary taxpayer compliance.
