Following extensive consultation with businesses and stakeholders throughout 2024 and 2025, the Polish government has passed new legislation and updated schemas – KSeF 2.0.
It has been possible to issue and receive e-invoices voluntarily via Krajowy System E-Faktur 1.0 (KSeF 1.0) since January 2022, and this latest announcement marks a significant step forward, clarifying both regulatory and technical amendments.
With the government confirming February 2026 for mandatory KSeF, organisations have just 6 short months to understand their obligations and ensure compliance with KSeF 2.0 requirements.
In this 30-minute deep-dive webinar, Kelly Muniz from our Regulatory Analysis and Design team will cover:
- Details of the new legislation – what’s in, what’s out
- Scope of the clearance mandate: domestic vs. cross-border transactions
- Key challenges of KSeF 2.0:
