In a year’s time, Polish entrepreneurs will have to issue invoices in the National e-Invoicing System. In turn, in five years, they will have to implement EU solutions and issue electronic invoices in accordance with the VIDA package. It is still uncertain how the implementation of VIDA will affect the functioning of the KSeF and whether it will be possible to convert the KSeF structure to the EU format.
