- Starting March 3, 2025, Paraguay will require a new group of taxpayers, specifically medium and large taxpayers, to issue all tax documents electronically, impacting a total of 4,054 taxpayers across several phases.
- The implementation schedule includes multiple groups, with specific deadlines for each: Group 11 on March 3, 2025; Group 12 on June 2, 2025; and so on, culminating with Group 18 on December 1, 2026.
- The resolution invalidates the authorization and stamping of pre-printed or self-printed documents for these groups starting the day after their respective obligation commencement, allowing taxpayers to request a one-time 30-day extension prior to their obligation start date.
