- On November 4, 2024, Romania’s Monitorul Oficial published an Order confirming that the Intrastat value thresholds for reporting intra-EU trade in goods will remain unchanged for 2025.
- The thresholds are set at 1,000,000 RON for both dispatches and arrivals, meaning businesses must report Intrastat data if their trade exceeds this amount.
- Businesses with trade values below the 1,000,000 RON threshold will be exempt from submitting Intrastat reports for the year.
