- A formal French Norm (NF) will be developed in 2025 to define the framework of the e-invoicing mandate, detailing the interactions among stakeholders, while an updated version of the B2B e-invoicing specifications is set to be released on December 18, 2024.
- The DGFiP has established a timeline for the e-invoicing mandate, with mandatory e-invoice reception starting September 1, 2026, and full compliance for all companies by September 1, 2027, including various intermediary steps leading up to these deadlines.
