- The Ministry has announced updates to the mandatory KSeF (National System of e-Invoices) law and a new structured invoicing framework to ensure a phased transition for businesses into digital finance.
- The implementation of KSeF will be phased, with adoption based on sales values achieved in 2025, allowing businesses ample time to adapt.
- Transitional adjustments extend the deadline for issuing invoices through fiscal cash registers and simplified invoice processing to July 2026, while small taxpayers can continue using the current format until September 2026.
- To facilitate the transition, simplified mechanisms allow all taxpayers to issue invoices offline until the end of 2026, and issuing consumer invoices via KSeF remains voluntary.
- The amendments also ensure that non-taxable entities can access invoices issued within the KSeF system, enhancing inclusivity and user-friendliness across a broader range of stakeholders.
