- Mandatory Submission: All electronic VAT reports and both B2G and B2B electronic invoices must be submitted to the MyData platform for validation and assignment of a unique identifier. Starting January 1, 2024, documents shared in PDF format must include a QR code.
- B2B and B2G Invoicing: Greece has requested an exception to mandate electronic invoicing for domestic B2B transactions. If approved, this will expand in 2024. B2G electronic invoicing became mandatory on September 12, 2023, with a phased implementation schedule for public entities.
