- Polish Ministry of Finance (MoF) held a pre-consultation on potential changes to the e-invoicing system, KSeF
- Main consultations to take place in September 2024
- Discussion topics included B2C e-invoices, additional postponements and sanctions, and issuance of e-invoices outside of KSeF in paper format
- Highlights of the discussion included plans for new schema FA(3), expansion of B2C e-invoicing mandate, offline mode proposal, and paper invoices possibility
- Next steps announced by MoF include publication of draft schema FA(3), draft Act with proposed changes to KSeF, and Roadmap for alignment on KSeF environments
- Further examination of proposed topics and changes to take place during next consultation in September
