- The audit of the mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) revealed significant flaws, leading the Ministry of Finance to start its work almost from scratch.
- The mandatory implementation of KSeF will take place in 2026, with different deadlines in February and April. The Ministry of Finance incurred losses of PLN 30 million, while the losses for prepared entrepreneurs may be even greater.
- The decision to postpone the mandatory KSeF implementation is seen as a good decision by experts due to the serious technical reservations highlighted in the audit. However, companies that have already invested in preparation are disappointed and may consider legal action for damages.
