Bill amending the Act amending the Act on Value Added Tax and Certain Other Acts
The KSeF Act of 16 June 2023 introduced the obligation to issue e-invoices in the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF) from 1 July 2024, but it is now necessary to postpone its implementation. An external IT audit confirmed the need to postpone the deadline to 1 February 2026. A draft law needs to be developed urgently to ensure the postponement is published before 1 July 2024. Changes to deadlines for certain obligations related to the KSeF implementation also need to be proposed. The Minister of Finance conducted extensive consultations with entrepreneurs, collecting information and opinions on the planned system.
