A new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (AFIR) No 2023/1804 on alternative fuels infrastructure, replacing Directive 2014/94/EU, has been in force since 13 April this year. The aim of AFIR is to develop infrastructure for alternative fuels to support clean forms of transport.
