The grace period in which taxpayers escape the fine for not using the RO e-invoicing system in the B2B relationship has been extended by almost two months, according to an ordinance formalized by the authorities a few days ago. GEO 30/2024, published in Official Gazette 272, comes to extend the period during which non-compliance with the deadline for reporting invoices in RO e-Invoice is not sanctioned up until May 31, 2024.
