The National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), which was supposed to be mandatory from 1 July 2024, will be implemented at a later date. Details in this regard are indicated in the announcement of the Ministry of Finance of 19 January 2024: Postponement of the deadline for the implementation of the mandatory KSeF – Ministry of Finance – Portal Gov.pl (www.gov.pl). It is certain that the KSeF in its mandatory formula will not enter into force in 2024.
