The new mandatory phase for the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) implementation will be announced by the end of Q2 2024, after completing the audit. The Ministry of Finance recently held a meeting to review collaboration and outline future actions. The KSeF obligation will be put into effect, and a schedule for legal solutions and KSeF functionality will be announced on 9 February. Tax offices will provide training on free e-invoice software while the new implementation phase will be announced in April or May after analysis and audit processes.
