The Polish Ministry of Finance has announced the postponement of the National E-invoicing System (KSeF) mandate due to critical errors. The new implementation dates have not been decided yet. The government will conduct an external audit and engage in public consultation with the business community to improve the system. The previous obligation for taxpayers to use the KSeF for e-invoices starting July 2024 has been postponed, and a new implementation date will be announced.
