The latest technical note introduces two new events in the NF-e (electronic invoice) delivery process: NF-e Delivery Failure and Cancellation of the NF-e Delivery Failure. These events are applicable when goods delivery is directly tied to an NF-e, and they replace the current practice of annotating undelivered goods on the back of the DANFE. The implementation of these events is optional. The implementation timelines are as follows: Approval environment by 13 May 2024 and Production environment by 24 June 2024.
