From December 4, citizens, organizations, and legal professionals can litigate digitally in all tax matters at all courts and tribunals. Previously, it was only possible to litigate digitally in appeals and appeals of national tax cases and appeals of local tax cases. Now, local tax cases can also be appealed digitally, allowing for digital litigation in all tax matters. Users can log in via the ‘My Judiciary’ web portal to access an up-to-date overview of submitted cases and associated messages. Digital litigation can be conducted through the secure web portal ‘My Rechtspraak’. Litigation parties and representatives can log in using DigiD (for citizens), eHerkenning (for organizations, tax advisors, and other legal professionals), or the Advocatenpas (for lawyers).
