Starting January 1, 2024, Florida will have a Back to School Sales Tax Holiday that will last until January 14, 2024. This is the first time it will occur outside of the summer months. During this time, certain items will be exempt from sales tax, including learning aids, jigsaw puzzles, school supplies, clothing, footwear, accessories, and computers. The exemption applies to items that are priced at or below specific amounts. More information about the Sales Tax Holiday can be found here.
