On November 27, 2023, the French Senate approved an amendment to the Public Finance Bill establishing the following timeline for the French e-invoicing mandate:
- July 1, 2025 for large businesses
- September 1, 2026 for medium-sized business
- September 1, 2027 for small businesses
The finance bill is currently being reviewed by the National Assembly.
