The Court of Appeal in ‘s-Hertogenbosch denied X’s appeal for a refund of sales tax on other construction costs related to the building of their house with integrated solar panels. X could not prove that these costs were exclusively caused by their taxable activity, and they also did not show that the costs were included in the price as general costs. The appeal was deemed unfounded.
