At the end of June this year, the Royal Decree that introduces e-invoicing obligations in B2B transactions was published. According to those regulations, which have not yet been published in the Official Gazette, the e-invoice obligation for B2B was planned to be in force in the middle of 2024, but probably this will be postponed. This has been the rumor in Spain, and it is stated that the reasons are delays in technical specifications that have not yet been introduced, and 2024 is getting closer.
