Operators of online platforms should submit a report on sellers for 2023 to the head of the National Tax Administration at the beginning of 2024. This obligation results from the EU directive. The problem is that the draft implementing law has not even been adopted by the government. The President of the Personal Data Protection Office has already raised doubts whether the solutions adopted in the project do not “generate a risk to privacy and personal data”.
