The supply of agricultural products by a flat-rate farmer and the provision of agricultural services by him are exempt from VAT. The right to apply tax exemption for horse boarding services as a service provided as part of agricultural activity is available only to a flat-rate farmer, after meeting other statutorily required conditions.
