Chinese lawmakers are considering a draft value-added tax law that includes more details regarding the system for small-scale value-added tax payers, as part of the efforts to further optimize the country’s business environment.The draft law was submitted Monday to a session of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, China’s top legislature, for a second reading.
