The changes in the law mainly concern the definition of buildings for housing and buildings for social housing, following the changes to the Building Act. Changes should occur especially in the calculation of the floor area, where the circle of rooms included in the calculation of the internal footprint should be expanded. The amendment will however not be effective from 1/7/2023, as was previously planned, but only from 1/1/2024.
