By virtue of the provisions of paragraphs 19 and 28 of Article 13 of the Federal Law, the provisions of subparagraph 39 of paragraph 3 of Article 149 of the Code apply to operations for the sale of a tourist product carried out starting from July 1, 2023 and are applied until June 30, 2027 inclusive.
